    The staff is awesome and will always do their best to help, inform and guide you. We had the two bedroom villa with a private pool and having seen the other villas this is for me the best option so I highly recommend it. Breakfast is served in your villa so you can relax and feel at home during your stay.

    The staff is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, so kind, nice and helpful people, no enough good words for them. Bikes are avalable in the resort for rent and it's all that you need really for going around the island. There are beautiful palms all around the resort and comfy areas for chilling around the pool. Also, it's nice and quiet around the resort. They even have a cat on a front desk as a pet- Momo, and he's so adorable and cuddly! Definitely would visit again.

    I upgraded to the 2 bedroom villa which was a lot more spacious and private. Nice open plan sitting area with tv, big dining table big enough for a family and a fridge freezer. The staff were very helpful always friendly and smiling. The guy at the front desk explained to us about the island and gave us a map which was nice of him. The guy in the front desk greeted me, he knew my name I guess he could tell by my beard that I was Muslim but it was still nice to be greeted by my name.

    No complains, everything was great and the staff was always very helpful. Bed is very comfortable, room is big and bathroom has hot water AC worked great which is very important in Gili.
