Reception was excellent. Hotel is clean. Would love to know more about F&B promotion. Heard from customer that the steak restaurant has good reputation however sadly didn't see much promotions or communication.

Very friendly staff. When asked for certain things, it would be delivered to our room in few mins. Helped book restaurants. Room is very convenient and spacious

We liked the staff the best. Very helpful. Toiletries and the room was very nice and comfortable. The mini bar was free and stocked well. The pool was also quite nice. The lounge had 24 hr snacks and coffee / tea. Very good experience.

The staff were all amazing. They made efforts to meet all our requests and needs, and always achieved! They even provided more than we expected. They have an eco friendly policy guests can adhere to, and that is always a positive mark! The room is very clean and the beds super comfy. It’s in a good area with cafés, convenient stores and supermarket at walking distance. It made the trip easy and enjoyable.

The staff is super nice and friendly, very helpful too. I like the layout of our room, very spacious. The kitchenette is well stocked. And we love the free minibar! We also spent quite some time relaxing at the lounge. The breakfast is not lavish, but with decent variety. The location is very convenient, tons of options for restaurants and bars. A couple of Metro stations nearby, about 10 minute walking distance. A great place to stay with kids.

The space you get for the money is great, having a personal washing machine on the balcony was excellent. The fixtures and fittings of the bedroom + bathroom were very high, and in the style I like. The service from the staff was great. Loved the free snacks + drinks refilled daily.

This is a wonderful place that works both as a hotel and a residence: washing machine, cooking facilities, a for-real refrigerator and the staff is truly outstanding.

We had booked a 2 bedroom apartment for 4 people and room was extremely spacious and well appointed. Bathrooms were very clean, service was fantastic and they had complementary tea, coffee, canned drinks and snacks round the clock. Lots of eateries in the area and about 5-7 min walk to the train station. Plenty of taxis too!
