    El hotel es lo que es. Está muy bien ubicado, pero no esperes grandes cosas. Bien para unos días de en Hanoi.

    The hotel staff is just great. So friendly and helpful. I travel a lot for both work and vacation, but never experienced it at this level. It is a nice small, nicely decorated hotel in the center of the old quarter.

    Location of the Hotel is excellent; everything is reachable by walking. The breakfast though was not as expected, not enough to choose from at the buffet and amazingly they had the worst coffee I had tasted in Hanoi. Luckily there are coffee shops every couple of meters in the surrounding area so not a big issue.

    The staff were so lovely all the time from check in to check out. This was my first time travelling alone in Asia and I felt very safe.

    great stay here , staff where fantastic ! So helpful ! Rooms were very clean and comfortable .. great location for visiting all the attractions,bars and restaurants nearby and within walking distance . Would stay here again without doubt .. good breakfast selection and worth getting up early for ! Would recommend staying here as it has the personal touch not found with some of the bigger places .. big thanks to all the staff for making our stay a great experience .

    The hotel location is great. It's about a ten minute walk to the lake and it's a two min walk to train street etc. The staff were friendly and always helpful.
