    The customer service one of the best I had in my life!! (Heleni and her team was thinking of little details to make your stay amazing!). We loved the view, the design of the hotel and food was delicious (Chef Giannis was super nice to explain our plates at dinner). It is a 5 stars hotel, I would say that it is a 6 stars (if it would existed!)!

    The staff was amazing!!! Everything was fantastic. Couldn’t ask for better service and experience. The hotel is quite and private has a great views and breathtaking sunsets.

    This is a world-class hotel in a world-class location which is the best on the island. The hotel manager is excellent, staff are all very well trained and the newly refurbished rooms are excellent. We stayed in Grace Suite which had everything you could possibly want and a fabulous view from the terrace. One word of caution: The large window is cleverly covered with an arrangement of volcanic rock which is a surprise as you don't actually benefit from the view inside the room! However, you get used to this and it does keep the room very cool and private. All in all a fabulous place for some time in the sun in a beautiful place.

    The attention to detail in this place was amazing. The porter met us where we got dropped off and brought all 3 suitcases to the property himself. We got greeted by the friendliest staff. They then showed us the facilities which were lovely. The pool was amazing and our room was perfect. I loved how the room had straighteners and the range of movies they had to offer on the TV. Each night they sent a breakfast menu along with some tea to help you sleep and other thoughtful presents. Will definitely be returning to this hotel I don’t feel like I need to try other hotels. The location is perfect, definitely would prefer to stay in Imerovigli after visiting Oia. Can’t thanks the hotel staff enough for making our trip to Santorini one of best trips we have been on. I can’t recommend this place enough

    We spent a night at this amazing hotel for our honeymoon and it was not long enough! The reception was very kind at acommodating us at 8am when we arrived and treated us with a five course breakfast which was just what we needed after getting up at 4am for a flight! We were taken to the infinity pool after to spend a few hours there before checking into our room. The hotel has actually upgraded our stay to the superior suit and it was the best experience ever! We had so much fun with the plunge pool which was at warm tempature, and the room and the view was devine. We spent most of the time by the infinity pool, why not when you have the best view right outside of your doorstep? Highly recommend for couples going on anniversary or honeymoon, it's a lifetime experience!
