    Staff are absolutely lovely, welcoming and friendly. The reception team were very welcoming and Tyler one of the receptionists working on the desk took us to our room and gave us a great room with a sea view. My mother has never had an opportunity to stay in a hotel so it was a great experience for her.

    The view from the room was amazing! The staff are courteous and professional, the buffet breakfast was delicious - again great staff! The rooms are being upgraded so I am sure the rooms will be even better! Waves restaurant is literally across the road on the beach, the kids loved it and i enjoyed being right on the beach. There is a kiddie pool, adult pool with bar and a hot tub...the views are amazing in the afternoon.

    The staff were very accommodating, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice and I must give credit to the chef at the omelet station....he is very hard working and that shows that he loves his job. The manager at breakfast was also very welcoming. The housing keeping staff that dealt with us on Saturday (room 227) should be commended on how she works. She kept our room tidy and even though no towels were available in the morning she came back after lunch and made sure we got. It's the small things and the thought that makes all the difference.

    The location of Grafton is excellent. The stay was very comfortable. The staff was friendly. The Waves restaurant located nearby was also excellent.
