    Buen colchón, buen tamaño, buen gimnasio, exquisito desayuno. Personal extremadamente atento. Hay maquina nespresso en cada pieza, con 2 pods gratis por día!

    · Staff is helpful, kind and warming welcome. The hotel has nice equipement, the pool was really enjoyable. It is small and inside but the temperature was perfect and swiming is really relaxing and the staff at the gym really nice.

    Have stayed here before. The hotel is very good but what makes it exceptional is the outstanding staff. I lost some medication and a young man called Jason booked me into a doctor on a Saturday! This type of help makes us want to come back

    Genuine effort to make customers feel at home, by attending to our needs. Level of spoken English much higher than the level found at other service industries. Excellent location as it is very near the subway and popular hotspots such as Myeongdong and Dongdaemun. Seoul has an excellent and comprehensive subway system. Too short a stay! Will be back for a longer one :)

    We Got upgraded to the 18th floor without extra cost. Both breakfast and the dinner buffet was great. Very good service at the reception. Nice swimmingpool.

    The hotel is very well located, only 10 mins walking distance to the Dongdaemun Design Plaza and 3 mins to the subway station (Dongguk University, orange line). The korean Limousin Bus from the Airport stops at the hotel lobby, super convenient. The breakfast is delicious, with a great range of options, and the room is really comfortable and cozy.
