    Es un lugar muy bonito y el recibimiento de las personas que atienden el lugar fue excelente. Cuidan mucho los detalles para que el viajero se sienta cómodo.

    Nos encanto Grand Balam Plaza, el lugar esta muy bonito con mucho estilo y te sientes en contacto con la naturaleza. Increíble el roof con jacuzzi, el desayuno muy rico y completo! Gracias a Mike por sus consejos !! Sin lugar a dudas lo recomendamos y nos volveremos a hospedar aqui la proxima vez!

    We stayed here for 4 nights as part of a 2 week holiday in Mexico. The hotel was really lovely and in a great location in town - which we thought was a much more interesting location than the beach. The room was really comfortable with a huge bed and great pillows. We were so well looked after by Danielle and Jon. Jon cooked us fab breakfasts on the roof and my husband said it was the best coffee he'd drunk ! They even went and bought me the tea i liked. We used the rooftop kitchen for making food as well and every evening we used the hottubs ! We also had a couple's massage which was great as we'd overdone the paddle boarding in Laguna Bacalar a couple of days before. Danielle also provided us with really good recommendations of places to go. This really is a little bit of relaxing heaven and we thoroughly enjoyed the effort that was out into our stay.

    Nice accommodation in the center of the town, host is very friendly and helpful, gave us a lot of useful tips, beautifully decorated rooms. Would recommend for anyone staying in town center

    We liked the owner who give us all the practical information for the area with restaurants, attractions how to get to them and even put us in contact with some taxi drivers. I liked very much the area for breakfast and we had a wonderful time with the little one in the Jacuzzi during evenings.

    The staff is amazing, mike and john are super cool and welcoming!! Position is great as is not on the central avenue that could be noisy! Amazing the pools on the rooftop ane the breakfast, best ever!
