    In short, yes, great hotel, especially if you travel with your own car! The staff is very friendly. The guys from the reception upgraded my room for free, well for that price ... , but still, it's a good surprise. Over all - good experience, no doubt.

    This was my second time in Grand Cevahir i really loved it, all the staff very helpful,clean room and the lobby ,they renovate the breakfast salon and its really nice with tasteful omelettes and pancakes freshly baked ,I love the bed it fits my expectation.

    this is 3rd time to choose grand cevahir hotel. wide space clean rooms with comfortable beds. Nice staff. They welcomed us with a plate of fruits and a packet of chocolate in our room. good breakfast. A lot of other facilities in the hotel but we did not use this time.

    Very decent hotel. Clean, spacious room and bathroom with complimentary water, sweets and fruits. Fast check in and check out, polite and efficient staff. Good choice of breakfast. Complimentary shuttle to Taksim Square, leaving every hour. Sisli metro station is just 15 minutes walk, if you miss the shuttle.

    The only positive thing was the readiness of the staff to listen although not active listening but they were trying to understand. I had only one person Yacin form the reservation unit who was trying to assist during my 12 days journey in the hotel. he took the initiative to contact me via what's up to easy communicate however, despite his efforts the overall stay was unpleasant.
