    Best hotel I’ve ever stayed! All staff was very good! EVERYONE was attentive, polite and friendly! Breakfast was superb! They even have a pho and egg station! Everything was clean and room service was superior! Thank you for the stay! 10/10.

    All staff was friendly & efficient. My AC was off when I returned at 9pm. When I called the front desk, I was told that the AC had failed on my floor and was given a choice of two rooms t switch. The bell man was up to help me relocate in less than a minute. I was very happy with the quick and efficient response.

    it is a new opening before 3 month. the staff are very kind. and bedding is very clean. but the smells is not good because environments and facilities are too new.

    The property is in an excellent location and walking distance (10- 15 minute walk) to attractions such as the train street and night market etc. The staff were extremely helpful and even asked us for feedback for improvements but everything is amazing. The rooms are clean and comfortable and breakfast is a buffet with lots of choice.

    Location was good, very near to the Hanoi Opera House. Hotel staff was reasonably responsive to my needs. Food from room service is decent.
