The villa has 4 rooms and 4 bathrooms which are very convenient. The interior is as beautiful and clean as shown on the photos. Swimming pool is clean and in good size. Joy is very nice host. She contacted us before the trip and on arrival day to ensure we were ok to find the place. She also recommended restaurants which local people go with better value that those for tourists, we tried and enjoyed. Travel around is convenient with or without own drives vehicle. The beach is just 5 mins walk directly connected to the private road of the villa. A few nice restaurants can be found there.

Great villa, nice facilities including pool, 4 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms, airco switched on at suggestion of hosts prior to arrival, hosts waiting on arrival to hand key, great service and helpful prior, during and after stay. Highly recommended.

Joy the owner and staff were brilliant. From initial contact through to check out were a delight. The property itself is spotlessly clean and perfectly located.

The villa is nice and clean and has all the facilities we need. The swimming pool is cleaned by the staff every day. The whole villa area is quiet and comfortable. 5-6 minutes walking to the beach and 10 minutes by car to the walking street. The owner is really nice and warm-hearted and has given us all the help we needed. Thank you very much Joy. Strongly recommended.

Exceptional, the attitude of the owner Miss. Joy and the manager miss. Daeng were amazing, very kind and helpful, the location is perfect, close to different restaurants and 24h open market, the Vila is secured and the privecy to enjoy the pool is 100% at evening, the Villa is very clean and equipped with everything, I.e. kitchen stuff, barbecue, etc.. I really recommend it and thanks again Miss. Joy for your hospitality.

Very fresh and nice house. The pool was a bit cold but the size was good and you had depth. The kids loved it. Nice feeling to be a bit on the side from the big street, a "gated community" but of course quite relaxed since we are in Thailand. :) Amazing host that helped with every question we had and pro-actively informed about rules. Helped out with taxi when requested. We could absolutely go back!

Villa súper recomendable para turistas en familia. Todo fue perfecto especialmente amable y simpatica dueña Joy :) la villa esta ubicada muy centrica cerca de playa Jomtien. Volveremos a visitarlos seguro!
