    Front desk and duty manager charming and solved some early issues. Swimming pool was good. Bed was very comfortable.

    Everything like service, cleaning condition and facilities was perfect. Especially one of the staff, her name is Catoon, was very nice and friendly, also she can speak Korean very well . Which made us feeling comfortable.

    I loved the room the Lady who was in charge of the front reception gave me, she was very organised and good at her job. All of the staff were nice and they lent me a phone charging adaptor to charge my mobile. The Hotel is very clean and the staff really nice. The only complaint I have is the Gym needs a proper room for the equipment and the Hotel needs to fit it out properly. Also the Hotel is very sterile and bare of Atmosphere and the Decorating needs to be changed to a holiday mode not a Business mode Hotel. I could not fault the service the staff and everything else and I will stay there again

    The bed and pillows were really comfy. The staff were really polite and would do everything they could to accommodate you. And the hotel had a nice swimming pool.

    The beds really are extra comfy. I have never slept so well in my life. It was also nice to have a room of 50 square meters ... it almost felt like you were in an apartment rather than a hotel room. The staff were friendly and helpful. I also enjoyed the buffet breakfast, which had some lovely Asian dishes to cater for the many Chinese and Korean guests.

    The bed is very big for two persons. Also, the room is so comfortable. As well as, beach and Big C mart is so near from the hotel. Staff didn’t speak English well but they are very kind. Finally, I enjoyed twice breakfast in this hotel. First thing and second thing are little different. Especially, omelettes is best thing in breakfast .
