    The staff were very polite and went out of their way to help you. I love the beach side bungalows, such a small and intimate place which we enjoyed, instead of staying at the big hotels

    The beachfront is incredible, clear blue sea with white sands that you can swim comfortably in. Lots of loungers on the sand too. The male staff were very friendly, we absolutely loved Basil the lifeguard, he was super friendly and kept us laughing the whole time. Michael at breakfast was also really lovely as was Jaqueline. The beds in the room were very comfortable too and tea and coffee facilities in the room. The food was delicious for all meals. Great location with lots of bars and restaurants along the beach all within walking distance.

    Really nice ambionce, location was great, the beach was lovely, staff tried their best to resolve difficulties. I found this to be excellent value for money, everything wasnt perfect but I did have a restful break on the whole.

    It was the worst resort we have stayed at in Jamaica. We left after two days into the five day trip. Daniela said she would refund the difference in 7 - 10 days but 8 days later we still have not seen the refund.

    Place needs renovation the bathrooms are disgusting with moles and rust stain. I even found a roach in my room and hair on the wall of the shower even after being given a new room hair was still in the new room bathroom the housekeepers came and clean the bathroom and the hair was still left on the wall after the cleaning. The food was terrible and could be way better the staff is nice and friendly but that's about it. This is no where near what a sandals property should look and feel like my 8 days and night stay was a horrible experience.
