  Gran relacion calidad precio, cerca de la zona comercial, 30 minutos a pie de los grandes comercios. Desayuno buffet completo Piscina correcta de buena calidad Habitacion suite deluxe grande y extremadamente confortable

  only breakfast was ok. Other than that I will recommend everyone never to stay in this hotel. They are complete rip off. I had a two year old baby boy and he put some minor scratches on their small 29" TV by mistake which could have been cleaned easily but the pathetic staff at the hotel was charging me fine of THB 20000 which was ridiculous and an unbelievable amount for such a small TV. New TV of same size costs not more than THB 5000, so me and my wife tried to meet the manager of the hotel. First the manager kept us waiting for about two hours and then finally met us and we explained her our situation that as tourists we are not carrying so much money and cannot pay such amount and this is our last day in Thailand because we have a flight next day. After literally begging her for about one hour the manager of the hotel came down to THB 5000 which we had to pay as fine. Staying in this hotel was the worst experience ever.
