    My college and I lived there for one week, the location is close to Lotte center and is convenient to go anywhere, they have car service with reasonable price, room is clean, facilities are good quality, Panasonic air purifier, TOTO sanitary fittings. The staff there are friendly and helpful, especially Miss Rosie, she is pretty nice and speaks very good English, she and her colleagues know Hanoi and surrounding areas very well, gave us many helpful advice on business traveling, shopping and eating. She can can help to solve problems in Vietnamese/English when you are in trouble outside. Hope to go there again and see her sooner!

    The staff were really professional and welcoming, especially reception and the doorman. The hotel rooms are immaculate, modern and large with really lovely finishes. We chose this hotel for the end of our trip to be closer to the airport the hotel arranged our transport both ways and it was ideal. The Lotte Tower (with a glass observation deck) is only a couple of mins walk along the road and packed with restaurants and shopping.

    Very comfortable and well-equipped rooms. Fantastic staff, all of them so friendly and helpful. Particular thanks to Rose who got us checked in well ahead of time after our very early arrival. Breakfast was stunning.

    Very modern and clean. There is a shopping mall near the hotel. nice to have a place to walk around once everything else is already closed in the area. I asked for an airport transfer/taxi; the hotel provided this free of charge!!!
