    Lovely location, really quiet and peaceful. Breakfast provided was great and lovely to be able to eat at our leisure and not to a schedule or set time. Accommodation was immaculately clean, warm and owners very friendly and welcoming.

    Very welcoming,would certainly stay again and most certainly recommend. Little hiccup at start totally out of the control of the owners but they went out of their way to make things right.

    We particularly liked the very helpful instructions on how to find the B&B. Once we arrived it was great to see our name on our accommodation - really made us feel welcome even before being greeted in person. Breakfast was self-catered but everything we needed was provided. Choice of cereals, milk, orange juice, tea, coffee (both instant and ground), kettle, cafetiere, jams, bread, butter. We were asked what kind of bread we would like and we were both catered for. There was a microwave and a conventional oven in the kitchen area, with cutlery, dishes & pots and pans provided as well as a sink. Bathroom had a walk-in shower as well as loo & basin. TV & wifi also provided as well as a sofa. For an overnight stay this was amazing. And if one were to use the B&B as a base for a longer holiday that would be excellent too. All in all magnificent for the price!

    Peace and quiet and comfort are what I want, and that's what I got. Self Catering set-up is also ideal for me. Additional nice touches like the supply of OJ, cereal etc.

    A very well presented B&B in the country, very handy location for Audle End House and other places to visit, I was greeted on arrival and the place I was reccomended to eat at night was fantastic, the best steak ever !!! the room was well equiped if you wanted to cook there, WiFi, TV Tea, Coffee both instant and fresh ground, cerials, milk, orange juice bread, Thank you for letting me stay at your place
