    The property was perfectly located for our hospital appointment. Girl at reception on Sunday afternoon was friendly and helpful. The accommodation suited us perfectly and we have no complaints at all. The bathroom facilities were excellent. We only had to walk next door for a meal that evening......but because of our following morning early medical appointment and the medical restrictions placed on us we were unfortunately not able to take advantage of the continental breakfast kindly offered by the motel.

    I decided to go to St Leonards and have a hot breakfast there. I did have a cup of tea in the room. The jug was too big for the basin. I had to use a glass to fill the jug.

    Convenient location to where we were going. Cheap price for the one night. Spacious room, comfortable bed. Pleasant welcome and goodbye from the staff member on check in/out
