    Location & amount of space in the apartment. Maybe another one seat comfy chair would of made it perfect.

    Great Host, Sascha was welcoming and very helpful. The apartment was spacious and airy with good air conditioning. The kitchen and en suite bathroom were just about on the right side of being tired and a little shabby. Situated in the heart of Nice we loved our 4 night stay. The pickup transfer was late on arrival but after a quick call Sascha had it sorted, he also arranged the transfer back to the airport

    Location was great, 5 minutes walk to the main area of the Old Town. Sacha the host was easy to contact and the extra touches such as having a bottle of wine in the fridge for us on arrival was much appreciated. The apartment was clean and airy, lots of space for the 6 of us who were staying there.

    Very nice, clean and spacious apartment. Excellent situated in the city in a We quiet area close to everything. The host is friendly and helpful. We will stay at this place next time we’re visiting Nice. Absolutely recommend this place.

    Location was fantastic. The apartment was ideal for a family group of six. We had a pick up from the airport which was arranged by the owner this was ideal to get us familiar to the area.

    The apartment is around 10 minutes walk from the railway station, close to the city center and 5 to 10 minutes walk to the promenada. Perfect for five adults and one child. Nice guest.

    Lots of light, spacious, comfortable and homely. Beds wonderful, kitchen great plus nice touch to include some drinks on arrival. Neighbourhood has plenty of shops, restaurants etc but is quiet and relaxed at night. Sacha's a great host.

    Super limpio! Muy amable el anfitrión. Las habitaciones son muy grandes. Se adapta fácilmente a 6ppl. La ubicación es muy buena, cerca del centro histórico y playa. 5min andando hasta la estación de autobuses.

    Buenísima ubicación, todo estaba limpio y ordenado y el anfitrión fue exepcionalmente servicial! 100% recomendable este lugar para una gran estadía en Niza.

    Todo fue perfecto y funcionó desde que llegamos al aeropuerto y hasta que nos fuimos de nuevo 5 días después. Sacha fue un perfecto anfitrión y muy detallista.
