    It’s a lovely family run hotel. Everyone is very friendly, helpful and charming. It’s very close to the beach only 2 minutes away also the hotel has its own pool. They are apartments so they have cooking facilities but are serviced every day like a hotel. It feels very safe I would be happy to stay here as a solo traveler, there’s always a member of the family on hand to help. The local bus stops outside the local supermarket (2 minutes away) which will take you to Kuşadası where you can take the bus to Ephesus for about 2 euro. It’s really easy to get around and the brothers couldn’t be more helpful to give you advice on any trip you would like to do. We would definitely recommend Gultepe Apartments and would definitely return we had a lovely stay.

    Unbelievable friendly staff. Mehmet with his brothers and family was amazingly. The atmosphere and location (Ladies Beach) is also perfect. I will come again, if I coming back to Kusadasi

    Mehmet and his family are really friendly and helpful. They waited for us late in the night. Breakfast is really yummy and they are always available to give everyone lots of suggestions on the main spots to see.

    Gultepe Apartments is a family business. At least one of the brothers is always present at site and ready to help. Mehmet and Okay speak English fluently that is of great advantage compared to many other properties in Turkey we have visited. All brothers are very kind and ready to help you at any time. Mehmet is also great in giving advises about local attractions and stores. Our room was specious with a separate balcony, in which we enjoyed our evening meal. A breakfast was perfect and served very promptly. During breakfasts we enjoy conversations with Mehmet who has good sense of humor. A beach is about 5 min to walk. Local shops and restaurants are a couple of minutes away. In our opinion, it is very good place to stay with a family during summer holiday.

    All ... the home of Mehmet .. listener giving great advice ... great room super clean ... fully equipped on 45m2 ... very large fridge .... room cleaned daily with views on the pool quiet ... breakfast super complete .... juice + coffee ... omelette ... toast etc ... a Gultepe apartment we feel good ..... I recommend this apartment ... ..200m from the beach and next to very good restaurants ..... but we preferred the very clean pool of the hotel quiet with these chairs and mattresses ... Thank you to the other staf

    Very friendly staff, always ready to help, clean and comfortable location, excellent tasty breakfast, all these things make you want your stay never to end. We'll come back here our next vacation, that's for sure.

    The room is cozy and specious. The swimming pool in the yard is nice and clean. It takes just few minutes to Ladies Beach, there are so many restaurants where is a good place to see sunset. The host is soooooo kind and he has a good sense of humor. He always helps us to carry luggages and tell us some useful information. Our car had problem with tyre, he also took us to repair it. We really appreciate his help. This was an amazing stay. If we have chance to return there, we would like to choose this apartment again!
