The staff were really helpful and nice despite our late check in and late check out. The location is close to many hawker stalls and restaurants - within 5 minutes of walking! It is a commercial area so it is very busy in the morning, so it is perfect for a stop over or business travel.

I just needed a place for a couple days before going to another city. The accommodations are quite basic; however, it is very spacious, clean and safe, plus the bed was comfortable. The toiletries were also handy, and the water pressure was very good. The water heater worked excellently. It was helpful to have an electric kettle and get two complimentary bottles of water . I did not have any issues with noise, so I slept well at night, and I had an okay view from my window. Additionally, the staff were friendly and helpful. Finally, it was within walking distance to restaurants, and there were malls close enough. If I have just a small suitcase, I would definitely stay there again (I try to save on taxi fare when I can - It is a good walk from the train station, but doable. Note that a few of the traffic lights do not appear to be pedestrian-friendly).
