    Quality of service from the host. They may don't have iron to lend, but they iron your shirt !! Able to speak perfectly multiple language (IT,SP,FR,DE,EN...)

    Fantastic location in the heart of Florence a stone's throw away from the Galleria Accademica and Duomo. Our hosts, Anna and Alex, were very kind and welcoming. Check-in and check-out were quick and smooth. Room was spacious and clean, bedding was very comfortable, and everything in the bathroom (hot water, etc.) worked well. Breakfast spread was spectacular - amazing offering of both sweet and salty food. Would definitely stay here again.

    You can notice the wise restoration and especially the cleaning really free from any criticism. Tastefully decorated, with sober but high antique furniture. Anna and Alex are exquisite and friendly people and have been extremely helpful, making my stay really pleasant. The location of the B & B is really central, with all the main monuments at your fingertips. Breakfast, excellent and plentiful. I would say, worthy of a King. Extremely fast and flawless internet connection. hope to be back soon. Thanks again for this wonderful experience and hospitality. Sandy K.

    Our stay at the Haggi’s residence was amazing! Alex and Anna were wonderful! Alex picked us up from the bus station him self because our bus got in late which was very kind of him. The rooms were spotless and the beds are so comfortable we had the best night sleep after a whole day of travel. Breakfast is delicious with foods ranging from sweet to savoury. Alex and Anna made us coffee and tea in the morning as well and they were always around when we needed advice or help organising activities in Florence. Location is amazing only a 5mijute walk to the Duomo and centre of the city plus a great cooking class just down the street. We would 100% stay again had the most amazing stay at the Haggi’s residence :)

    Spent 3 days at Haggi’s residence and our stay couldnt have been more perfect.. The room was spacious and clean, breakfast very fresh and great location. Alex, the owner is a great host, very friendly and super helpful.

    Wir kamen in ein sehr sauberes und hochwertig ausgestattetes Hotel mit Charme und Flair, erst kürzlich mit viel Liebe zum Detail renoviert. Hier gibt es weder durchgelegene Betten noch billiges Ikea-Inventar. Stattdessen fanden wir viele kleine Aufmerksamkeinten, von kostenloser Minibar über WLAN, Stadtpläne usw usw. Am Morgen dann ein umfangreiches Frühstück in einem stylisch renovierten Gewölbekeller, dazu noch viele Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt in Florenz., Und wer wie wir nur ein paar Brocken italienisch kann ist hier gut aufgehoben: der Besitzer hat eine österreichische Mutter.

    La camera era pronta prima del check-in, curato in ogni dettaglio, dalla camera fino al bagno (provvisto di candele), bottigliette d’acqua all’ingresso e ottima colazione. In aggiunta Alex e Anna sono stati veramente gentili consigliandoci dove andare con una mappa e i punti di interesse e prenotato un ristorante per una cena. Ci torneremo sicuramente!!
