    Real Japanese experience, excellent food and very friendly staff. The in-room onsen experience with awesome mountain views made our stay here the most memorable of our trip to Japan.

    This place really exceeded our expectations for a Ryokan. We could park easily our car on-site. We have been welcomed by Sai who take care of us for the entire stay. He was very kind and it was very helpful that he speaks English. We started our stay with a welcome tea & snack then we could choose our kimono. The room was very identical to the website photos and descriptions and so quiet. The dinner was just amazing. Again Sai took the time explaining in English all the dishes and everything was so delicious. We were very full at the end of the meal. We enjoyed our private onsen, the area is so peaceful that it was very relaxing. We slept well as well on the futon beds. There is also more facilities on the roof which we didn’t try but the view was so beautiful. The breakfast was complete and they even offer us tea and coffee that I didn’t expect from a Japanese breakfast. Our stay was just perfect!

    Staff were friendly and spoke some English. View and private bath was as pictured. Dinner and breakfast was delicious. Private bathroom. Rooftop with a view, at night you can see the stars. Staff dropped us off at the bus stop. Socks, toothbrush, toothpaste, hairbrush, hair tie, shower cap provided. You get to choose your yukata. Self serve tea provided in the rooms.

    Room has an breath-taking view. And on the way to the hotel you can enjoy an amazing landscape. One of hotel staff can speak Korean and he is very nice and well-educated. Facility such as public bath and individual bath are not so good but onsen water is quite good.

    I got to choose my yukata style. Breakfast and dinner were delicious. Abit over the top, but it was still fun to be pampered. Sai and Akari (? I believe that was his name) were the only ones that can speak English, but were so helpful and friendly. Thanks for helping with the luggage transfer to the station for my very large suitcase and shuttling us to the bus stop. The private bath with the view was very nice and relaxing.

    スタッフの言葉遣いがすごく丁寧でした。 お料理がとても美味しく、特に伊勢海老の塩釜焼きが忘れられない味でした。 アメニティも充実していました。 展望デッキの足湯と景色・星空も非日常をゆっくり味わえて清潔感もあり良かったです。 最新ゲーム機も貸し出してくださり、部屋でゆっくり楽しむことが出来ました。

    We really enjoyed our stay here! Sai was a great help! He speaks English very well and made our stay very enjoyable. We loved the Mountain View from the room and really likes our open air hot bath on the balcony.
