    Excellent rooftop restaurant with fantastic waiters, wide variety of complimentary breakfast on offer for guests and the Highlands Coffee shop being onsite.

    The room was clean, comfortable and large. The coffee shop in the reception was great! Staff were helpful at times, eg making a reservation at a restaurant. This hotel is a good, reliable base for exploring Hanoi.

    - Tiện nghi đầy đủ, phòng sạch sẽ, thoáng đãng, yên tĩnh - Lần này trở lại thì nhân viên tất cả đã rất tuyệt. Bạn lễ tân hỗ trợ tôi rất nhiều, tiếc là tôi không hỏi tên bạn ấy. - Buffet ngon nhưng ít món.

    抜群のロケーション、後は可もなく不可もなく。朝食レストランの雰囲気は良かった、追加の料理を取りに行ってる間に鳩が私のご飯を食べてた 笑。総合的な合格水準はクリアしていると思う。
