    Enjoyed and appreciated the reception received by the front desk clerk who went out of her way on Thursday, Jan 3rd just before 3:00 p.m. to check us in to a King room on the fourth floor. We were a day early on our three day reservation and she was able to accommodate us by spending a few minutes on the computer to search availability.

    Management and staff were most accommodating to my wife's special health needs. Extra measures were taken to sanitize our room prior to our arrival. All staff were friendly, courteous, compassionate and encouraging.

    As a solo business traveler, I felt like they put me on the floor with other business travelers. It was fantastic, by 9 pm it was completely quiet which was perfect since I had to be up early for a meeting. Employees were kind and the bathroom was clean.

    Not as good as the many Hampton Inns we have stayed at in over 25 years. First of all, the breakfast area was very limited. On both days, we were unable to get danish because they ran out. Also, the light brew coffee ran out as well. Very disappointing for the both of us.

    I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. However, I can give you ONE NAME that made me feel this way: Corthee, at the front desk. I have never encountered such a kind, friendly, and exceptional employee at a hotel. From the moment I stepped up to the counter, to the moment I turned in my key for checkout, she went out of her way to do above and beyond the norm to be considerate and generous. Thank you, Corthee! You make that Hampton Inn exceptional!
