    The Hotel was lovely and the staff were friendly. The food was over priced and very poor they did give us our money back but we did not eat there again. At breakfast they ran out of most things and a definite lack of staff organisation the food was cold

    We have stayed here many time before and it's never let us down - lovely staff, rooms and restaurant. Breakfast is lovely and location great for train station.

    Unusual and great decor. Outstanding location next to station. Great atmosphere in pub, and great beer. Nice touch to provide complementary port and brownie in the room.

Clean spacious room Excellent bathroom -spacious, separate bath and big rain shower, magnifying mirror at a sensible height - vented so mirrors don't steam up , - excellent loo flush (not the case in most hotels) Plenty of good quality bathroom items, and tea and coffee facilities Private car park Quiet

    The interior design - definitely a boutique hotel feel. Pleasant and helpful staff. Breakfast was varied - also cooked bacon to husband’s specifications! Also the little bottle of ?port and chocolate waiting in the room was much appreciated!
