    La ubicación y el personal tan amigable. Queda ubicado muy cerca al night market y muy fácil de llegar. El desayuno bueno, aunque no es barato, puedes ordenar la cantidad de comida que quieras.

    The staff were superbly friendly. Warm smiles always and ready to help you with everything. When we checked in the guy at the reception handed us a map and marked out all the spots to visit in Hanoi for us. This was what helped us plan our trip & know where to buy what. We chose the Family room for 3 of us but it had enough space for 4. Beds were comfortable and the room & bathrooms were clean too. Great value for money if you travel as a group of 3 & don't mind sharing a room. The location was the deal sealer. During Friday, Sat, Sun there is a Hanoi s night market right outside the hotel. 5 streets with everything Hanoi has to sell & eat in one single place. Do all your shopping only here as the rates are cheap. It is only 400m from Beer street. Tour pickups are mainly only from Old quarter Hanoi so location all in all is a 10/10.

    Really comfortable beds unlike many other places. Was very clean and spacious. Excellent location and good laundry service. The possibility to have a correct breakfast there was comfortable. Recommended

    The receptionist was amazing. We were stole. And they helped us to go to the police and report it. Very kind staff, good breakfast and very clean.

    The staff were very friendly and helpful, the balcony was lovely and the fridge in the room and shower were great, very powerful. A very nice atmosphere.

    Staff were amazing, very friendly and provided great info of attractions. Great tours on offer too! Was upgraded to room with balcony looking down on the old quarter. Close to everything and waking distance to Hoan Kiem lake. Special mention of bellman named Nguyen. He was so great booking transport and tips on where to eat. A 5star bellman! Nguyen’s customer service was exceptional.

    When we arrived great staff, gave us a map of city where to go, great location. Bathroom was clean hot water works great. Staff spoke great english.

    Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was good, being in the old quarter, near the market and only 10 mins walk from the lake. Room was ok, not luxurious but perfectly acceptable.
