    La atención de personal que estaba dispuesto a ayudarnos en cualquier cosa , el spa está muy bien, el desayuno completo y bueno y la ubicación es lo mejor , además hay un restaurante enfrente eu bien si no equivoco que tiene una sopa de fideos de arroz y marisco buenísima y un arroz vegetariano con una salsa muy sana a parte espectacular

    Es un hotel agradable, limpio y bien situado dentro del Old Quarter de Hanoi. El personal es muy atento y amable. Nos recomendaron un sitio muy bueno y a buen precio para cenar. La habitación es cómoda y estaba limpia. El desayuno estaba bastante bien. Sin duda es una buena opción para alojarse en Hanoi

    Todo el personal es muy amable y eficiente. El último día nos facilitaron el transporte al aeropuerto y desayuno para llevar puesto que salíamos muy temprano. Instalaciones limpias. Buena situacion. Desayuno bastante completo.

    This hotel definitely lives up to its name, BRILLIANT, especially when it comes to its hospitality. The staff working here are amazing, from the door boy, the receptionists, kitchen staff and as well as the cleaners. They will attend to all your needs with a smile. The breakfast is quite good. Location is perfect. Hotel is clean. Their Spa is really very good and comes with discounts as well. I was given a cake and a basket of flowers just because it was my birthday and the following day my room was upgraded to executive 😍. On the day of check in we were given a map of the city and places to visit, with a safety brochure as well on how to stay safe in Hanoi, which actually is quite a safe city.

    The staff are amazing and with excellent customer service.. the hotel is so clean amazing location, heart of all the happening locations.. room and bathroom was so clean.. comfortable bed and pillows... awesome hospitality... hotel management gave me a cake and bouquet of flowers since i stayed during my birthday

    Pick up from airport as arranged. Able to check in early for a small fee which was very helpful after long flight.Large, clean and comfortable room. Good breakfast. Nice reasonable spa facilities. Very helpful and friendly staff. Easy walk to lake and old quarter. Would stay again.

    The staff are amazing. Friendly, attentive, professional. Room was spotlessly clean. Fantastic breakfast with lots of choice. This hotel could teach many 5 star hotels about service!
