    Thomas el jefe del hotel es muy simpático, te ayuda a organizar tus visitas a sapa, halong bay, ha giang... el personal muy amable y siempre están con una sonrisa en la cara. Calidad precio es inmejorable, ya que el hotel está situado en el corazón de Hanoi. Y por último quiero destacar que nos invitaron a comer con ellos

    Un oasis en el centro de old town, limpísimo y silencioso, amables y te organizan excursiones baratas si necesitas. Andando llegas en 5 min a la zona de marcha y mercado

    Good quality. The room is as they announced. The building is quite new. A powerful AC. Staff very kind. A good breakfast included. I really recommend it. Buena calidad y limpio. La habitación se correspondia con lo anunciado. Edificio relativamente nuevo. Un aire acondicionado potente en la habitación. El personal muy atento. Un buen desayuno incluido. Lo recomiendo. Otras veces he reservado habitaciones unos euros menos sin desayuno y estaban mucho peores.

    Apartment is nice, clean and comfortable. It's next to the old city centre. Staff don't speak english, except for manager, who is there almost all the time, taking care of guests, he also helps everyone with planning their day trips. He organized us nice trip to Halong bay. However, I would suggest not to book anything (day trip/bus/next apartment) with him in first 5 minutes, because you could find cheaper options, especially if you are bugget traveler. He is very organized, kind, smiling all the time and acts like he is best friend of you, but of course he wants to make some money too, that's why I suggest you just to double check if his best offer is really the best for you.

    Comfortable and nice place to stay inHanoi! Very well located and Thomas was really nice to us!!! He solved a problem we had and the staff were helpful. Everything was very good!!!

    Good hotel. Helpful and friendly staff. The room with balcony on the 5'th floor had the best view we've had in the old quarter.

    The owner and staff were friendly and helpful. I left my passport and the owner of the Hotel made sure it got sent to the airport on time! Super host ♥️

    Staff was great, very friendly, very helpful! Room was really big. Good breakfast. The location was perfect, quiet but very close to food areas and beer street. Easy to walk to the lake and cathedral from there. They agreed for us to send a package to the hotel when we were away and to keep it for us. It was very helpful as we really needed this as an emergency. We won't forget this favour! We had such a great stay that we came back when back from Halong Bay.
