    La chica en recepción fue muy amable y en un inglés entendible nos indico que lugares visitar en un mapa señalando las rutas

    El personal, lo mejor del hotel. Muy atentos y amables. La ubicación muy buena, en pleno centro con posibilidad de ir andando a todos los sitios.

    Hotel is located in Old part of Hanoi, which is perfect for tourists. The room was airconditioned, spacious and clean (but in the bathroom, it should be better), we had also a balcony in both rooms. (There is no lift in the hotel, but it was no problem for us)

    Yes the paint is flaking on the walls and the bathroom could do with a makeover. But then they will and rightly charge more for. When I arrived they just finished cleaning the room for me. The bed had clean sheets and so comfortable. Better than some more expensive hotels ive stayed in. What was outstanding and beat that was Ms. Huong the receptionist. Very attentive. Helpfull in pointing good places to eat. And some not so good. Even helped me on orginising bus and train journeys. Would recomend this gem to everyone. Even so i will be coming back to Hanoi. And will book with them with out a doubt. Once again thank you Huong

    Quiet room, central location, helpful staff, shower has good water pressure, tea and coffee in the room.

    This hotel was great value. The bed was not uncomfortable and was well sized for two people, the shower was always hot and the balcony in our room gave us a nice chance for people watching. It was well located for sights and restaurants / bars. It was a clean, functioning room for a very good price.
