    Te dan todas la facilidades para hacer los diferentes tours que se ofertan desde Hanoi, el personal es muy atento y simpático.

    Muy buen situado. Personal super super atento. Cama muy cómoda y todo muy limpio. Si vuelvo a Hanoi este será mi hotel Lo recomiendo sin dudar.

All the facilities were so good that we are going back to Hanoi Garden House in a few days😊Right from the room, breakfast(despite us being vegetarians there was a lot of options), all the staff, cleanliness and facilities, everything was perfect. The weekend market and Hoàn Kiếm Lake is just a 20 min walk away. Finding directions is also not a problem since the location is accurate in Google maps.

    Simply awesome! New built hotel, very nice rooms with fresh and modern look. Manager took care for us. Bathroom was so nice and clean. Breakfast also very tasty, lot of fruit.

    Like an oasis of calm in the middle of Hanoi. New hotel in a pretty alley. Wonderful staff and the rooms were amazing - bright, spotless and absolutely quiet and restful. Very safe as alley is locked at night so you can ask for a key for late returns. We loved it after a day in the old quarter which is just a few minutes away. Breakfast was good. Also close to one of the best vegetarian banh mi we have had in Vietnam.

    Great hotel, perfect staff and delicious breakfast. we have been welcomed by the manager and she also helped us all along our holidays. She is very helpful and gave us great advices for tour and tips for the city. The rooms are clean and the AC works really well, , and the breakfast is really good with fruits wich is not always the case in hotels.

    The room was big with very comfortable bed. Location was ok, quite close to the city center.! The staff is extremely nice and helpful. They helped us a lot with booking a car, busses, tour and speak English very well. The breakfast was the best one we had in 1 week in Vietnam. A lot of fresh fruit and a variety of food to choose! Everythig is very clean in the hotel and the room was very spacious with very comfortable beds.

    It's a new hotel, located in quiet street, from the hotel just few minutes walk to the Street Art with beautiful mural paintings, and railway street. The room was clean and very nice decorated, nice glass bathroom, staff was so friendly and helpful, breakfast was delicious.
