    Magnifica experiencia! Habitaciones muy limpias con todas las facilidades que cabe esperar! El desayuno, rico, lo disfrutas desde un octavo piso con vistas a la ciudad. La ubicación, aun no siendo la más céntrica, esta lo suficientemente cerca para ir a cualquier lado de la zona centro en 5/10 minutos, pero con la ventaja de estar durmiendo en una zona más tranquila y sin ruido. Y lo mejor del hotel es Rosie, la dueña, un encanto que te ayudará con todo lo referente de tu viaje a vietnam (nos apañó billetes de tren, transporte a halong bay y a Sapa, SIM cards y cualquier cosa que pudiéramos necesitar). Sin duda un hotel muy recomendable con una calidad/precio buenísima.

    The hotel was new and open about 1 month only. The staff and manager Rosie are fantastic. The location may be hard to find so I suggest an airport pick up . Once you know the location and get your bearings you will love the area.

    Great stay here at la cascade, modern rooms were very clean and spacious, front desk also very helpful with any information.

    We stayed 2 Nights in Hanoi and we are definitely very happy that we choose this hotel . We choose a room with a balcony which was very comfortable and clean . In the Morning you can choose from a Menu your Breakfast which was fresh prepared , it was very delicious. The staff was just awesome , they gave us a map from Hanoi with sightseeing spots and good local food restaurants . Furthermore they helped us out with our journey to cat ba and organized our bus trip.

    The perfect place to land in Hanoi and get used to the climate, country, and everything. I spent my first three nights in Vietnam here and the staff went out of their way to help with places around town and make my stay as comfortable as possible. Everyone was super friendly and the place was clean and comfortable. I would recommend coming here if you want some peace and quiet but still be close to the Old Quarter.

    The staff were helpful and attentive and went above and beyond to help us settle into Hanoi. The breakfasts were fantastic and Rosie and the team really made us feel at home. From providing us with useful information on arrival, to explaining traditions and giving us little extras such as our first taste of moon cake and allowing us to shower after check out. Thank you Rosie, Emily and the team for all your hard work!

    We stayed here for two nights but we both agree that it is the best place we have stayed in VN. The room is sparkling clean and modern and everything is brand new. The location is close to most of the attractions. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Even though it’s not their fault that we couldn’t find the location of the hotel on the first day (they sent me a message with the right location but I didn’t check on time), they offered us a free ride to the airport on the last day. The chef at restaurant is super nice too. They are all enthusiastic people who contribute to delivering 5 star service and making their customers feel at home. If you are looking for a place in Hanoi, don’t miss it!

    Excellent location in the Old Town away from all the hostels and amongst a local market. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and were able to arrange an amazing food tour. They also provided a handy map with numerous recommendations of places to visit/eat/drink. Breakfast is served on the top floor and you can look out over Hanoi while you eat. The hotel only opened in July 2019 so everything is brand new and clean. I would highly recommend staying here and would do so again.

    Everything. Breakfast was amazing, the room was comfortable and the staff were 100% helpful going above and beyond. Rosie communicated effeciently to ensure our short stay was without worry, provided a driver for trip to airport and set us on our way thoughtfully with snacks and beverages . This young boutique style hotel has a grand future ahead .
