    El personal muy amable, nos ofrecieron un descuento para volver otra vez, y nos prepararon un desayuno muy rico para llevar porque nos ibamos muy temprano. Las instalaciones estan muy bien, y la situación también es buena.

    The staff was super friendly. Upon arrival we got free drinks, cookies and bananas. We even got a free upgrade on our room. The room was really beautiful with the most amazing bed. We booked a trip to Halong bay with the hotel and the staff was super helpfull with that. We booked a room for 4 nights but when we decided we would stay 1 night in Halong Bay it was no problem to change the booking to three nights. Last but not least, the breakfast was also great with a lot of choices. We would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone who goes to Hanoi!

    Super friendly and helpful staff! My luggage was delayed at the airport and the helped me sort out the situation with the airline. Also, great Breakfast!

    Can’t praise this hotel enough. The staff were so kind, even put out decorations and a cake for my friends birthday! Welcomed us, lots of advice, a map, free juice and snacks. The comfiest and easily the nice bedroom we had in 4 weeks in Vietnam. Also breakfast is not to be missed! At the end of our trip we were struggling with getting to the bus so one of the receptionists offered to drive us there on his motorbike :)

    - breakfast is awesome as you can choose more than one meal on the menu. You can try different variety of foods. - bed is super comfortable and there is two pillows for each person. - Wi-Fi connection is good and there is smart t.v. where you can access your Netflix account - staff is excellent as they offered free upgrade my room despite my check in request is denied. - cleanliness is good for room and bathroom.

    We had 1 night at Lullaby hotel. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff; we were made to feel very welcome from the moment we walked through the front door! Nothing was too much for anyone. Our room was tastefully furnished, comfortable and very clean. Perfect location in the Old Quarter of the city, within easy walking distance of main attractions. Lovely English (and other) breakfast to be enjoyed every morning. Reception very helpful with tour advice and ordering of taxis. I would definitely recommend this boutique hotel
