    The manager, Tony, and his staff took very good care of us during an unfortunate personal situation and throughout our entire stay. Tony had gone above and beyond many times to ensure that we had everything we need. The room was always cleaned very nicely and it was a very comfortable stay.

    The greeting very friendly with a good explanation of what to do. The receptionist took time to establish if we had been to N before and suggested some foods to try. The hotel is well positioned not far from the night market and lake and this meant everything available on foot. We used them to book our Halong Bay tour and that also exceeded our expectations. Great Hotel great staff

    Vị trí ngay tại trung tâm phố cổ. Mặt tiền khách sạn tuy nhỏ nhưng bên trong nở hậu. Phòng sạch sẽ, rộng rãi, đầy đủ trang thiết bị, Wifi rât khỏe và nhanh. Nhân viên rất thân thiện, tận tình chu đáo. Bữa ăn sáng buffet có nhiều món, vừa miệng. Nói chung sẽ quay lại lần sau.

    Everything was perfect ! The hotel and the rooms are very nice, just like the pictures. But it's really the staff that makes the difference: the whole team is very caring, very warm and efficient. We organized a really great trip with them, but they also help us to check our other reservations (air tickets, cruise) themselves. Everything was organized for us! We keep a very nice memory of the hotel and its staff!

    Dobra lokalizacja, smaczne i urozmaicone śniadanie. Pokoje czyste, dość wygodne, codzienny serwis. Generalnie w tej cenie(800tys. dong) za pokój 2 osobowy, w Hanoi ciężko znależć coś lepszego.
