    Location is good if your happy to grab a taxi or bike to old quarter - cheap and easy and we liked leaving the city behind at the end of a night

    It was possibly one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in. Bottles and rubbish under the beds, stained bedsheets, broken air conditioning. Truly awful on all points. How it has a high score here is baffling.

    Staff was friendly and hospitable. They were kind enough to call a taxi for us when we left and were quite helpful during our stay. The room did live up to our expectations (regarding room size, facilities and location) and was worth the price we had to pay.

    This hotel exceeded our expectations. My friend and I are looking for an apartment here in Tay Ho and were staying in hostels up until now, and we are paying the same amount for this large double room. It is a bargain. The staff and service are phenomenal, they have helped every step of the way and really went above and beyond. This hotel was a godsend for us and would highly recommend to anyone!

    I came two times here and will be back when I go to Hanoi. The room are clean, spacious, the staff are very nice. Of course is not a 5 stars hotel but we feel good and we don't need more.

    Comfortable bed, quite clean room (not the best but not the worst), they provided flip flops, soap and toothbrush. Wifi was ok. The flower market right outside the hotel was nice.

    The bed was very comfortable. There is complimentary tea and mineral water. The staff are very pleasant and helpful.
