Situated very quiet right next to the river with view on the Nationalpark. The host is extremely welcoming, kind and helpful with every informations you need. Very trustworthy! He organized a beautiful day trip walk through the Chitwan National Park, and provided us with lunch. Mega Delicious breakfast! There is no restaurant but he has an agreement with a nearby restaurant that is very delicious and cheaper than the ones in town. Our room was simple but clean, provided with fans and mosquito nets.

The Happy Lemon Tree Lodge is a cute little group of bamboo buildings tucked off the street, with a really nice view over the river. The first night we were there wesaw a crocodile on the other side of the river! Dharmik was a good host, and the pancakes (especially the chocolate banana pancake) were great. The lodge has a tiki/tropical rustic feel.

We spent two nights there and happy we did! Dharmik is such a cheerful host and he gave us some nice advices and options for our stay un Chitwan. Finally we shared a canoa trip + Trek with two other guests. Really nice Vibes by the river at night time after we came back from our adventure :) Our room was a really cute bamboo cabin and the bed was ok (you'll find a mosquito net) You'll share bathroom but it was ok too. It was a good experience afterall, nice location, beautiful views, lovely host and cute rooms! PS: home made lemonade as a welcome when we first arrived was amazing <3

Great atmosphere and vibes, beautiful bamboo rooms, and a nice common area to chill, meet other travelers and share stories. More than ever a place where you come in as a guest and leave as a friend. The place is only 1 year old and is set to be one of the best places in chitwan!

I had a really good stay at the Happy Lemon tree. The region was hit by monsoon, and also the river flooded where the lodge is cited. Still Dharmik managed to make my stay as good as possible. While busy repairing some damage, he was making amazing breakfasts, set up a great initinary for activities and for a normal price and still having time to make nice chitchats. The place is all bamboo and you get what you see, don't expect anything really fancy but enjoy the purity of the place, staff and the fellow guests. The view is amazing too. Thanks for making my stay perfect!

Dharmik and Juliette recently started this business. Cottages are close to the river with a view over Chitwan National park. We even saw a crocodile in the water (safe distance). Sunset is beautiful. What you see is what you get. Good value for money. Breakfast is great. Fresh pancakes or yoghert with various fruits. Coffee was great. A lot of restaurants on a walking distance. Staff is very helpful and friendly.
