    The owner is really nice! I was about the only guest that night but he still went out of his way to take good care of me. The room was very clean, pretty spacious and so comfortable!! The bathroom was also great! The location is very quiet. It's not far to the next tram station and most things are within walking distance. Other than that there's only a konbini around but not much else.

    The location of the hostel is pretty nice between the railway station and the Kumamoto Castle. The hosts will be happy to share with you dinner and beer if you like and is always ready to help if needed.

    The staff was really friendly and helpful about discovering the city. We enjoyed a very nice meal with some other guests and the owner's friends.

    I had a really good time in this guesthouse. The day I arrived they had a party with friends and guests. It was really fun 😁. The hosts were really nice and I had some good talks with them. Found some new friends at this place.

    The owners are very nice and friendly. We had dinner together with their friends and felt cozy. They are so warm and open. Learned new japanese words and the specialities from Kumamoto. I definately recommand to stay at their place.

    Perfect place for foreigners to learn about Japan and make friends, especially the gathering held every Saturday evening. The owner and her friends are hospitable and willing to share what they know. Close to tram station, free coffee and tea.

    The kitchen and (ladies) bathroom is near the room, so it's very convenient for me. the staffs is very friendly too. Overall, I really enjoy my stay there.

    After bunch of hostels in Japan I expected just another place to sleep. I took tram from train station and then a few minutes walk. Because I came on morning my room wasn't ready yet. The owners, Korean family, is extraordinary hospitable. They let me into part of house where they live to repack my suitcase and rest. Of course they offered me also tea. But it wasn't all. After they help me to arrange my tourist day, the family invited me to the table for a dinner. And not just me, but all guests. Wow, that's not a standard :). The thing is that everything was very natural.

    短い時間ではありましたが、とても心地よく過ごす事ができました。 オーナーさんがとても親しみやすい方で、お話ししていてとても楽しかったです。 またベッドに清潔感があり、とても居心地が良かったです☺️ 加えて事前のメールでのやり取りも返信が早く、とても助かりました。
