    The man at reception morning 4/10 and 5/10 was very helpful in a spontaneous way and that is very much appreciated when you are for once alone at 10000 kilometres from home.

    PerFect location at the waterfront, nice view, complementary wine buffet in the afternoon and coffee in the morning.

    Good location, nice staff. Perfect to have valet parking. No breakfast, but nice to have coffee in the, nice looking, lobby. The room was small, but bed was good and the view to the Bay Bridge is amazing! ~ even if the windows are small. Special and nice to have free-wine-hour in the lobby.

    Although there was a mix-up with our room when we checked in, the staff were very helpful to fix the error (the room type booked on Booking.Com did not filter to their system, so we had our window view of an office block just a few meters away(!) with absolutely nothing else! We were then moved to another room which also didn't have a view and then to the "Bay View" room as requested in our original booking.) The bed was extremely comfortable! Great location for being at the water and for walking in the city to sight-see.

    The location was excellent we had a great view and the location was great. That where the mayor things we really liked. it was a shame there was no option of breakfast and a place to order food. The room was quite small for the price but we guess you pay for the location, we like being able to rent bikes and go to the gym. We also liked the charity/housekeeping initiative, (helping dogs by not having housekeeping)

    There is free coffee and tea available in the lobby every morning; and a free wine tasting in the evening. The staff are quite friendly and helpful. Location is great, if you're interested in the sights along the Embarcadero (Ferry Building & Farmer's Market, Exploratorium, a short trolley car ride to Pier 39/Fisherman's Wharf)

    It was just great. A lot better than expected. Great location. Everything you need. We will definitely come back. I would not bring kids though: rooms are small.
