    o All staffs are excellent, friendly and service mind. o My daughter loved the Pool Party for kids.... Fantastic and exquisite !!! o Starz Diner - Fort worth dinner. Especially, free for kid under 12 o Breakfast is very impressive.

    I stayed 3 nights and I wish I’d booked for a longer stay. Very comfortable beds,excellent buffet style breakfast,although it could stay open for a little longer than 10.30am for us late risers. Staff very pleasant and helpful,most always had a smile and a hello for you. Will definitely stay there again.

    Everything was perfect. Amazing view from my deluxe room, staff extremely professional. A special mention for Van a maid with kindness and very helpful with a great English (si much appreciated)

    Great swimming pool .even the room is old but it's really clean,some facility need to be repair. Stuff are really very nice at the front desk; restaurant and swimming pool.👍

    To see my kids happy in the swimming pool made this trip worth every baht spent. We were so pleased with both pools and the facilities in the pools, too. My four year old son laughed every time that bucket of water spilled on him as if it were the first time, every time. My 7 year old daughter loved the slides, the basket ball hoops, the float she rented...everything. I especially enjoyed a pick-up water volleyball game with a group of tourists and the Thai lifeguards; what a friendly group all of them were: there were lots of laughs, which made the afternoon special. The room was clean and comfortable, but the main attraction for us were the pools. We hope to be back during our next escape from Bangkok. Great job, Hard Rock Cafe!
