    WHEN I PAID EXTRA FOR A RIVER VIEW I DID NOT REALIZE I WOULD BE STARING AT THE HILTON , IF SO , I WOULD HAVE BOOKED HILTON

    I can’t begin to say what a pleasure it was to stay at this Harrah’s location! From the friendly staff to the outstanding accommodations in the midst of tropical storm Barry! They handled everything with professionalism and care. I can’t wait to come back again. Thanks to all!! Don’t miss your opportunity to stay here!!!

    James at the front desk was very professional and so polite. Everyone there including the housekeeping made our stay wonderful. Would stay there again.

    Nothing. We stayed at Harris but the reservations I made was two queen beds for 4 people I made them months ago they put us in a suite one king bed four elderly people told me that does not mean I would get two queen beds. when I talked to the manager the next day I was given a different room . One of the Ladies lost her phone in the Casino. She was told maybe she shouldn`t have a phone Im sure the phone is at the Casino But the help their stinks We left our name and address So they might forward the phone What a joke. We tried to eat in the Buffet Hell they were out of Crap legs .

    They offered to upgrade us and give us room credit if we took a different room. We did and we felt they went above and beyond what they really needed to do! Might stay there again!
