    Nice hotel almost in the heart of Moscow city. Hotel looks nice, situated near the Tverskaya street and offer cozy rooms. I suggest to try bakery in the lobby, it’s delicious! Special thanks for Polina from reception! Full professionalism spiced with a smile :)

    Alex at the Check In Desk was especially helpful and kind upon our late arrival and made us feel at home immediately, speaking great English and answering all our questions.

    A very nice hotel! Location, clean and stylish rooms, comfy bed. Was hard to find a hotel in Moscow with such a good interior. Everything you might need is in the room - great choice of facilities. Stuff is nice -I asked for earlier check-in and personnel helped me with it.

    Rooms were spacious and clean, amenities in the bedroom and bathroom were very good (bath robe and slippers, plenty of toiletries and a mini bar), and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful.

    Room was quiet and large with king size bed. Fully equipped, modern bathroom with plenty of hot water. Also a Nespresso m/c! Very professional and polite Staff. Good location in walking distance of the Metro and many nice bakeries and cafes in the area.

    Great decor, modern bathroom and very comfortable bed. The hotel is in a great location The staff were really helpful. Polina, Alex and Valentina were super helpful in the run up to our stay and while we were there. Helping us with taxis tours and restaurants. Their English was also very good. All three are an asset to the hotel.
