    The staff were incredible! Attention to detail was next level!! I only mentioned once that it was my partners birthday and that we were vegan... And the next day we had a special delivery of a vegan birthday cake!! Incredible!!

    - The location has amazing nature view. - The design is simple and chic - Free excursions were great fun - Staff was attentive and friendly - bed and bathroom were comfortable

    Room is very comfortable and clean, you will have the privacy and it's peaceful, staff are friendly, we got free upgraded room and free access to three types of activities. I will visit them again next season to try all activities and I think two days it will be enough.

    The location is amazing the structure amazing the concept wonderful staff (Joan) really nice and enthusiasm she was helpful for the check in . The experience is amazing will do it again but will be more prepared

    The unique facilities. We came on the occasion of my dad's birthday and booked 2 caravans. Everything was nice and clean. Staffs were polite, friendly and helpful. I asked for a birthday cake for my dad (at an additional cost), and they delivered nicely. We went for a self trekking and the trek routes are easy to follow. Beautiful scenery!

    Such a cute 'glamp' site! Hot water in the shower, clean room, comfy beds! Staff very accommodating!

    The staff there were all friendly and helpful. The lodges were clean and unique and the whole place is a good idea when it's all operating properly.

    The location is great; great views from our balcony and there is a lot to do in the environment. Staff is helpful. We booked a room for 3 adults and they helped us to make up the third bed. Because of Happiness day all the activities were free, but otherwise it will be expensive to do the activities.
