    The service from the staff was excellent.Skylight restaurant very good however the most expensive place ive been in Vietnam but still a must.

    I got free room upgrade. So I could eat breakfast into another very quiet room with having good serving coffee.

    This hotel is impressive, the staff are super attentive, kind and very professional. We have compliments to everyone who made our stay special. We won a deluxe room upgrade, no words to describe the splendid seaview. Other points to mention are: the impeccable cleanliness, the excellent breakfast (it's like a banquet), the beach access is through a tunnel - something that is differential, you will find many restaurants nearby and there is also own restaurant which is very good with amazing view. Well, we had a fantastic experience in Havana Hotel, we highly recommend it to everyone. We will definitely be back.

    Large room with great ocean views. Direct access to beach with free lounges. VIP breakfast was great to get away from the crowds.

    The location is nice (just in front of beach and everything) We get a room upgrade, and the view was amazing. Can see the ocean, Vin pearl land and etc. + The view from the bath is really exquisite. Room was cozy, air conditioning was good. Service was quite wonderful, we could keep our luggage before the check in.

    When we arrived we were brought to a small room and shown excellent hospitality. We were upgraded to a suite and told to have our breakfast in the v I p lounge away from the crowds. Staff were amazing,everything we requested it was no problem.

    I liked the hotel location was great and the food was excellent,and the staff was very helpful, there were some issue with the level of noise we complaint and the hotel manager change us to another room and it was a lot better, I would defiantly recommend this hotel.
