location is quite close to 2 metro stations, n lots of shopping centers & restaurants.

I had a good stay. The room was very specious and very very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and tried to help when I had questions although their English is poor. They had to use translator apps to make themselves understood. The quality of the breakfast was poor and not really tasty although the staff again were very friendly.

Cleanliness is the main winning factor. This location is just opposite to Chunxi Street, perfect if you are here for sight-seeing, food and shopping. All are within few minutes reach. Metro station is also near but need some 10-15 minutes walking and 20mins with lugguages. Room comes with a sofa, writing desk, user friendly washing machine at the balcony with detergent provided, small dining table for 2, hidden kitchen with hood and fridge, lotsa of storage space, etc..

Customer service from Bobby, the concierge, was extremely helpful and appreciated. His attention to all needs and wants from the patrons was amazing. Him knowing English made the stay that much easier. The employees at the front desk were also helpful and did everything they could to understand what we needed through the use of language apps. Cozy apartment, friendly staff, good location (10-minute walk to the city's best shopping area). Definitely affordable to young travellers who want to explore the city. The best thing about it is the quality of the beddings, you will have high quality sleep just as what you would have experienced in other 5-star hotels.

Other than this unfortunate matter, my stay was great. The front desk staff was very helpful especially the lady with glasses. The room was big, clean and bright.
