    Everything about this hotel from the first step i felt so welcomed the staff the services. Special thanks to Ms. Merna who not just helped me to go through my hilton honors questions she did it with a professional manner and smiled all the way .. I Have to give her credit for her customer service professionalism well done. I will be back and this is the place both me and my colleagues wants to stay everytime were in egypt.

    Large well appointed tastefully decorated room. Everything worked perfectly. Very efficient air conditioning Extremely quiet room and comfortable bed ensured an excellent nights sleep Bathroom was excellent with all facilities and generously sized bath and shower cabinet Hotel very well laid out with huge variety of facilities and many different restaurants to suit every taste. Impressively well maintained and clean Exceptionally helpful and courteous staff at all levels and particularly efficient and welcoming at reception. Throughout my visit I had the reassuring feeling of being in a well managed hotel with highly trained staff Excellent value for money overall

    This is the second time that I have stayed at this hotel complex, this time being personal, last time being for work. There are a number of nice restaurants and bars and the breakfast is good. The pool area is very nice, however two of the pools were emptied (not sure if it is seasonal). I used he pools and gyms previously and liked it. It is close to the airport and the location is nice and safe. I got picked up here and took a trip to the pyramids, it’s about an hour away with traffic. I don’t know Cairo well and it is not the safest/cleanest city, so I would recommend this hotel if you are a bit worried about the city (and would recommend in general). Great hotel for business travel.
