    I was actually greeted with a surprise upgrade to an executive suite which was exceptional. The room was very spacious, the furnishing was great, bed was very comfortable and clean, I love those memory foam pillows. The hotel is right on the main street of New Cairo and is easily accessible. Great location if you're a business travel but not so much so if you're in Cairo on vacation or for fun. I eventually moved to a double room which was no less exceptional. The breakfast was great, although I'd prefer a proper coffee corner instead of the automatic nescafe machine which makes awful coffee. There's a café on the ground floor which is always busy in the evening and a spacious kids area.

    First when you arrive you spend more than 30 minutes to check in. The staff ask about the type of room and then you discover that the room is smoking and on main road even though you have asked for the contrary The room itself very dirty even the basics the floor and the bed sheets Then the breakfast load of quantity but the quality is awful not even a proper coffee

    Everything from breakfast to the room to other facilities such as parking, also the location is amazing almost near all the services and places where you can hang out.

    The suite was new and very stylish also the hotel is in the heart of fifth settlement the breakfast was okay it has everything you will need, the coffee not so great

    The place was very clean and tidy Thanks for the stuff And special thanks for the restaurant's manager as i noticed he was following his team and the kinds of dishes every now and then.

    Really good staff, nice place, clean place, nice pool and surrounding area. overall was a nice experience and staff was really helpful, even provide an early check in even though the normal check in was after 2pm.

    Staff were friendly. Good location. The food is good. I liked the restaurant in the ground floor were they have big screens to watch football matches. Friendly atmosphere, room was quiet.

    The hotel location is greet , i face a problem only during the check-in took more than 35 minutes, also very poor breakfast
