    We paid close to 900euro for a three nights’ stay, which is incredibly expensive as compare to what’s been offered. The staff is helpful, the location is good, but after all it is more like a b&b without the breakfast.

    They bring a continental breakfast of your choice to the room. We got a room with a jacuzzi and it was amazing! Totally recommended! The room is very spacious, modern and clean. The bed is very comfortable and we loved the light over the bed overhead, very romantic. The place is located in the city centre, very close to the main square and the cathedral. It's very easy and cheap to get there by metro (underground). The staff is very friendly and helpful!

    Location was in one of the cosiest streets of Milano. The staff was overwhelming helpful and friendly. Very very kind all of them. We got a free breakfast all week! We LOVED it! We could get coffee all day long as well. Great! Also the design of He-Mi is beautifu.

    The main highlight of our stay was the staff, they were fantastic! Our trip was delayed massively and we reached the luxury suite at 3:30am rather than 12am. Elizabeth was very understanding and ensured that we were able to check in - service above and beyond!! She also constantly kept in contact with me and tried to help have us collected from the airport. I cannot fault her and thank you immensely for making our stay are seamless as possible.

    Sometimes it's perfect! This hotel has everything. Very nice and friendly staff. Very comfortable and beautiful room. Great breakfast served on the room every day with qualitative products. Central location near the most important attractions.
