    Lovely hotel with friendly staff. It’s perfectly located on crete and in walking distance of Hersonissos beach and the main road with the shops.

    We arrived late night. We were surprised that the receptionist offered us to have some bites and in the refrigerator there was bottled water. I travel a lot and this is pretty seldom hospitality one can ever met . The food was amazing with a lot of varieties . The room was spotless clean and the towels was changing every day.I would like to recommend the hotel. We will come again probably after 2 years . Thank you all

    Stayed here for short weekends . The hotel was very clean and i was impressed every employee i talked to. The Front desk employees are friendly and accommodating.All the meals have many options. I loved that there is also snack between breakfast and lunch at the pool bar. There is a beauty spot shop where you can have several treatments as well . I personally recommend the sunscreens. Our stay was enjoyable and we would stay here again.

    As a last minute hotel choice for a biz travel it was surprisingly welcoming,well equipped and the hotel staff were genuinely helpful from dinner time, great choice to stay in, to my farewell to the airport with a complimentary ice coffee to accompany me,long flight back. Thanks guys

    The brightest and warmest staff and hospitality ever. Great location, Food was perfect and every day different varieties, fresh👌. The staff here made each guest to feel unique that i appreciate the most. We were at Heronissos Hotel for the Easter celebration that was absolutely perfect organized. Hotel had candles for all guests. The nigh before the Easter we went to the church which is less then 5 minutes to walk. Aterwards we had been served late dinner at the Hotel, including traditional Easter dishes and famous Magiritsa Easter soup. For the Easter Sunday we had Easter lunch outdoor and traditional dances, music. We had a great time in Hersonissos Hotel that’s gonna to stay forever in our heart . I would definitely recommend.

    Friendly people, from front line employees until the housekeeping staff they care about us and i felt family atmosphere, warm and kind hospitality. Hotel manager name by Fotini she was keeping up wether we are fine daily. Restaurant staff working so quick and gentle. Food was great 👍.the only thing is the rooms are a bit old fashion but superb clean. Thank you for your amazing hospitality. We will come back in August . See you soo 😎

    We had memorable holidays during the Easter. Exceptional hospitality, great atmosphere, ideal location, tasteful and fresh food (so good that we had all meals in the hotel), clean rooms, big swimming pool. Highlight the amazing event they organized for Easter with dancers and great Greek food, where we really enjoyed ourselves. We could not ask for something more. Best value for money for sure!!!

    The staff is excellent, the good is very tasty, hospitality is great. This was the only place in hersonissos that celebrate the Easter such a great way, good music, There was lambs on spit very fresh food. outdoor Easter event was perfectly organized.
