    Very friendly staff. Lovely cat living there. Great location close to the beach. Would definitely stay there again if in Phuket.

    The room was big, quite ok, air conditioning was ok. The location is good however it is close to a beach where you cannot really whim and it is a bit dirty but it has nothing to do with the hotel. The staff was great!

    Everything was perfect. Ruggero the owner of the hotel was always friendly with us and thanks to him we discovered a lot of fantastic places. We really felt this place like home. For sure we will came back again. Thanks a lot for the amazing experience!!

    Lovely staff that were really caring, the building itself was very cool, big green plants and very minimalistic. Amazing location, 30seconds from a main strip of shops, markets and a 5 minute walk to some of the best restaurants along the beach. Perfect all round, very cute cat too;)

    The location of the hotel is good. You can walk towards the Karon beach less than 10 mins. There are some restaurants and massage shops nearby. The family room is spacious. The stuff is friendly.

    Location was really nice,near the beach and restaurants but I've been in Karon and in this area 7 times before and I know I can get more with same money. The man in reception was very helpful and nice.

    I really enjoyed my stay in this place. The staff was super friendly and eager to help. The hotel was recently renovated and everything was very clean. The bed was comfortable. It is very good value for money. The hotel is located very near to Karon beach (4 min or so walking). You have restaurants and massages very close by. It is not ubicated in the center of the village so it's quite enough.

    Generally, the hotel is fine. +The staff is extremelly helpful and friendly. What we liked is that we got information and support re local trips and attractions. +The room was cleaned every day. +The hotel itself is close to the beach (with kids, 10-min walk). Also, the main street is very close and there are lots of stalls.souvenirs/street food, etc. there.
