    This property is very dirty, I met a woman and her son who claimed they live at the property as permenent tenant. This woman and her son fought us on Friday the 9th of August 2019 because we came back from conference late and wanted to have our meal. She took our stuff off the fridge which later got spoilt and we had to threw them away. The property own never cared to see us after this incident or even apologised. This place is ridiculous and I don't advise anyone to go in there for any price cos it does not worth it. The bath room is damaged and could not be fixed... I can go on and on. I regret booking this property. This property is 4miles away from Wembley arena and not 2.3 as claimed.

    Big house with big potential, with kitchen and bathrooms, but unfortunately old furniture. Bathroom upstairs needs total renovation because this is the worse part of entire house. My advice is to keep it more clean and it will be nice place to stay in :)

    It was slightly difficult to get in, as the landlord & landlady are not live in the house. So you have to get in touch with them on mobile . Otherwise, it is an excellent accommodation for travelers looking for economical accommodation in London. You can have your own breakfast, as plenty of food and drink in the kitchen ready for you at any time. I never expect the breakfast was included, but it was there in the kitchen and only you need to help yourself. The landlord & landlady are very friendly people.

    The guest house was good value for money. The facilities were good. I had some trouble getting to my event but I was expecting this. The train service from Kenton was good. I liked TV being available.

    I paid for the double room and when I got I got a very small and dirty room and it smells very hard it's not clean I do not want this room to sleep better on the street than that

    I liked everything- the room, the whole property, and the facilities in it. I would recommend the area to all my friends and the guest house definitely! It is suitable to young people, travelling for business having close tube connection at Kenton station.
