    the staff were very helpful and friendly only thing wrong room was far to hot and could not adjust the heating. However in saying that if it was to cold I would also have the same point.

    The hotel is brand new and very comfortable. Large rooms , comfy beds and quiet location . Food was delicious and breakfast was good too .

    Perfect hotel for attending events at P&J Live or TECA.

    We were attending a event at the P&J Live, excellent location right beside it. Bar service was a bit slow due to card machines working very slowly. Really nice and friendly staff. Rooms were beautiful, bed really comfortable and the shower head had several different settings which were great.

    breakfast was lovely but in the evening the staff need training how to talk to customers, one girl was very rude and I had to tell her to close her mouth

    Brand New Hotel and finished to a High Standard. Its attached to the TECA main complex which was the reason for our stay. Staff were friendly and seemed knowledgable. My room was big, well equiped and spotless. Couldnt hear any noise from outside such as the airport or the TECA itself. Room service food quality is good and comes hot. Daytime bar/cafe food is also good but service slow. The public areas are vast and pleasent to sit in.

    Felt the food offerings in both restaurants could have been better the service was excellent maybe it is still work in progress.

    Staff excellent, however room 219 was not fully clean with used soap and 1/2 bottle of used shampoo in the shower, also some juice in the fridge, otherwise excellent.
