    Todo el personal fue muy amable con nosotros. Tiene muy buena ubicación y vistas. Es una zona muy segura y así te lo transmiten. Nos dieron una habitación superior para que tuvieramos una mejor experiencia, así que es un lugar totalmente recomendable para visitar en pareja, familia o amigos.

    Lo único bueno del hotel es el desayuno y la gente que atiende el desayuno y uno de la recepción que se llama adhams que siempre estaba dispuesto a ayudar

    I liked the location. On Zamalik island. I needed to take care of some Embassy work so it's convenient that the hotel is in a heavily guarded area with lots of embassies around. Also the area is calm and quite. Check in was quick and easy. The room wasn't what i expected, but i should have read into the name "Residences" more. what i'm trying to say is that the building was clearly retrofitted to function as a hotel, when it was originally an apartment building. Breakfast was ok, not wow but did the job.

    Excellent location, good breakfast and nice facilities including the swimming pool. Friendly staff and in general good atmosphere. I sent them several emails and always got answer in few hours

    Has a really good view of the Nile, rooms are big and have nice balconies. Area is full of embassies so you feel kind of same.

    The bed was comfy. Ms FARIDA at guest services was superb. She made the difference between a ok hotel and an amazing hotel.
